Conssos Bakery was founded in 1968 by Dimitrios Manousakis and his wife Androniki. The pair were among the first to make and establish Cretan rusks in Attica. Mr Manousakis used his knowledge and great experience with eptazymo yeast to brew pure rusks. this tradition is still continued today.
